Our Story
Service Physics was born of innovation, Lean Thinking, and a shared vision—sparked over coffee, beer, and a view of Patagonia.
Founders Brian Reece and Steve Crowley met at Starbucks, where they championed Lean methodologies and helped launch the Mobile Order & Pay app. Later, at AB-InBev’s innovation arm, they refined a “minimum effective dose” approach to Lean and data-driven transformation, consulting across a global portfolio.
After seeing the power of these practices firsthand, they decided it was time to take their work beyond the confines of individual corporations and apply it to solving the biggest business problems and creating industry change for good.
